Mysterious toxin contaminates water supply in a small town Ogden Marsh in Iowa, which starts turning the inhabitants into violent psychopaths. People who lived quiet lives have become animals waiting in the dark to kill. As their friends and family descend into insanity, and while the military closes down the town using deadly force The town sheriff, his wife and two unaffected people pull together and give a good fight to try and survive. Its getting out or getting killed.
