A sequel to the 1987 Wall Street where Michael Dougles starred as Gordon Gekko and will reprise in this upcoming drama thriller.
23 years after the original film, the background to the story is revolves around the 2008 stock market crash and as Gekko gets out of prison. This time Gekko is a kind of an anti-hero trying to restore his broken relationship with his daughter who has not yet forgiven him, with the help of her young trader fiancé, Jacob. Gekko’s second mission is to help Jacob find out who was responsible for the death of his mentor and get revenge on that man. The third mission is to try and prevent the crash of Wall Street. The Game is on again and while “it’s easy to get in- it’s hard to get out”…
