Jude Law’s Heart Get’s Him In Trouble In The Futuristic “Repo Men”
“Repo Men”
The movie is set in the future, describing an era where artificial mechanical organs of the highest technology are made by a company called The Union. These organs can easily be purchased by whoever has the need for them and can afford their expensive price. But there’s one catch- you have to pay your bill. If you don’t you will surely get a visit from the repo men, sent to collect what’s theirs, the same organ that had not been paid for. That’s their mission whether you die during the unpleasant procedure or just die of pain. When one of the best men on the job Remy (Jude Law), suffers a cardiac failure during one of his missions he awakens to find that a new heart made by The Union had been transplanted into his body, and with it the appropriate bill. Soon enough Remy finds that his new heart does not allow him to go through with his job he has done numerous times before, and with no way of paying the heavy debt he finds himself on the run, for the man he had grown up with and worked with as his partner was assigned to track him down (Forest Whitaker).
