“A Nightmare On Elm Street”
A loosely based reimagining of the 1984 horror film, taking place in modern times. The story is about a group of suburbia teenagers who are haunted by awfully disfigured murderer who goes by the name of Freddy Kruger. Freddy kills the kids in their dreams using his four bladed hand glove, as their dream murder results in their dying in reality. In the original, Freddy’s motive for killing was actually a revenge on the kids parents after they had burned him alive years before, and that’s how the remake begins.
The film will be keeping the basic concept yet taking place in a separate continuity, bringing back only the characters of “Freddy” (keeping his original look) and of “Nancy Thompson”, the famous heroine.
