Headhunters launch new graduate program

Executive Headhunters in Cheshire are launching their new graduate program next week.

Their MD, Phil Sharp, explained that this is due to the number of opportunities arising within organisations who are looking for fresh management blood to train up.

In the coming weeks we shall be talking to universities throughout the UK and discussing how we can best work with them and their management graduates and the opportunities that are arising.

For those who are unsure what headhunters do, it is not the same as traditional recruitment. Organisations might come to a headhunter with a senior appointment that they wish to fill. Using their networks and own internal database of candidates, they will generally work on a retained basis to find the right candidate – the level of jobs is always more senior with them looking at roles paying salaries from £50k into the hundreds of thousands of pounds.
