Erykah Badu window seat video: Badu’s new video makes waves
The new Erykah Badu clip makes waves on the net.
Badu’s window seat video mixes one of the most tragic moments in American history with a nude scene. The video clip, from Erykah Badu’s New Amerykah Part Two, lasts five intense minutes and takes place in the exact same Dallas intersection where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963.
Badu walks down the street and at the same time casually removes her clothes. With the home shooting style that fits the Kennedy period, Badu drops her black overcoat, followed by the shirt, T shirt and pants. She continues walking, surrounded by surprised bystanders, and casually takes off her bra and underpants, ending up completely naked. And then, just like the president, she gets shot by an unseen sniper and falls to the ground with blue blood pouring out.
The drama ends with a message against “group think” and for respecting individuality.
