The Tiger Is Back: Tiger Woods Press Conference Video

For the first time since the scandal concerning Tiger Woods had exploded, he held a press conference that took place yesterday.

Expressing repent regarding the extramarital affairs reported about him, Woods also showed regret about the way he underappreciated his fans. Woods claimed that the 45 day rehab from sex he took had helped him contemplate on his wrong decisions. But while the rehab part is over, Woods said that the work on him self and the therapy treatments will not be ending soon.

After many of his major sponsors had detached their relationship with him, Woods mentioned that he would like to draw them back. Only time will tell if his surroundings and fans are willing to forgive and embrace him again. In comparison to the last press conference Woods had arranged, this time he seemed much more relaxed and self-assured. All through the conference he managed to stay cool and repeat the mantra of trying to be a better person after all the mistakes he had made.

It seems as if Woods has changed on the golf course itself, saying that he is much more appreciative of his fans, taking more time to talk to the spectators and feeling more focused. Woods will formally be returning to golf at the Masters, and it’s yet to be shown whether his new self will come through in the competitions themselves.
