New Halo:Reach Beta Game Available May 3rd

As Infinity Ward designers leave Activision and join Raspawn Entertainment, Activision collaborates with Bungie studio to form a partnership.

Bungie is the studio that is responsible for the Halo: Reach beta game, which will be available for download starting tomorrow, May 3, 2010, and until May 19. The game will be available to those who own a copy of ODST.

The deal made between the two companies above is based on a 10-year deal to distribute and publish games, while using the new intellectual property belonging to the studio.

The new game, soon to be available, will feature five game modes and four different maps along with many other new features. Here is short preview of some of these features: an improved Radar system allowing you to find enemies above and below you; armor abilities that are tied to the level you choose; larger control over your Active Camo, including the ability to become invisible, and causing radar jamming to everyone around, including you. Further features can be found in the Melee attacks and the assassination moves.

So watch out for the new Halo: Reach Beta, you can’t afford to miss this.
