Last Episode Of Smallville Ended The Ninth Season
“Salvation” is the title of the seasons finale episode of the series Smalleville on Friday, May 14th, while the new season is going to be premiered as soon as the fall of 2010.
Smallville tells the adventures of the soon to become Superman in earlier years, Clark Kent, while living in a fictional town called Smallville. During the first four seasons the story line focused on Clark’s years of high school, and since the fifth season the show has turned focus towards his journalist career in the Daily Planet, while introducing other comic book superheroes and villains.
The new season will be featuring well known actors such as Tom Welling, Cassidy Freeman, Justin Hartely, Callum Blue and Erica Durance, and will be consisting of 22 episodes. In its tenth season, the show will be breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest consecutive TV running show of the Sci-Fi genre. The record is currently held by Stargate SG-1.
Some say that this season is going to be the last, due to the fact that Clark is standing at a point in his life where he is a already a spit a way of becoming Superman.
