Gaza Flotilla Attack – Latest Updates

Here are the latest updates about the Gaza flotilla attack, based on the Israeli press:
1. 15 activists were killed and dozens more injured. (update: Israeli Defence Minister Barak sait that 10 protesters died. Other reports state the number of casualties as high as 19).
2. 6 Israeli commandos were injured.
3. the six ships are heading to the Israeli Ashdod port. Some reports say that the first ship reached the port and the activists that were aboard are taken into custody.
4. Israel claims that the after the commandos boarded the ship, they were attacked with knives and bats, and had to defend themselves. Some reports say that two activists managed to grab pistols from the IDF soldiers and opened fire on them, and were shot to death. Israel TV also showed a video that clearly shows an activist attack a soldier with a knife as he boarded the ship. We hope to add the video soon.
5. Greece called off a joint exercise with the Israeli Air Force, scheduled to begin Tuesday.
6. At 13:00 (Israel local time) Israeli Defense Minister, Ehud Barak, Is scheduled to hold a press conference. We will report from Tel Aviv.
